Before shipment
FINCM FUTURE offer free training for customer. Customer can arrange 1-2 operators to our factory or showroom for one-week training according to the needs. The training course will last about 7 days.
Or customer can send technicians to FINCM FUTURE factory and systematic training courses will be supplied for machine operation, trouble-shooting, maintenance, etc.
FINCM FUTURE offers free service for customized products. Customized products can meet the needs of diversified requirements of different industries, factories and customers. Free drawing and free test-run is available and the customer can negotiate, and we warmly welcome visiting to our factory, access and consult with our technicians face-to-face.
Warranty period
FINCM FUTURE offers 2-years warranty for laser generator, life-long tech support，and one year warranty for the whole machine.
The technicians will debug and test-run the machine for few days to make sure everything is perfect before shipment. If any problem happens during use, we cannot only offer online support but send technicians to customer’s place if needed.
